And yet when Ovechkin jumps into dudes or Chara does some shit, no one says shit.Oh good. There’s a main board thread about Svech “kneeing” Getzlaf.
Just another "dirty play" thread to ignore.

This Rags game is huge, absolute must win. A regulation win against them will effectively put us up 3 games on them for the division, with only 8 games remaining after that (1 more matchup with them after Tuesday). A win Tuesday will most likely seal the division up, a loss will put it in serious doubt.
that's prettymuch where this is. It wasn't even knee on knee or a slew foot for f***s sake. Ducks were doing dirtier shit to him all game that wasn't getting called. It was a dumb leg tripping by Svech. Definitely penalty worthy. That's about it.
Yep, we all outta must wins for the regular season. There's no must-wins at this point IMO. Every opponent in the East is strong this year, so it won't truly matter who matches up with who, at least to me.
To be fair, the Anaheim broadcast showed a much better view of the trip, and it certainly looked like Svech went knee-on-knee.
I mean, would be nice to draw Pittsburgh or Boston rather than Tampa or Washington. Other than that tho don't care, it's going to be a f***ing gauntlet either way. There's no must-wins at this point IMO. They claimed knee to knee but their broadcast didn’t show anything differentTo be fair, the Anaheim broadcast showed a much better view of the trip, and it certainly looked like Svech went knee-on-knee.
never trust a fart, just sayinLike Gas I think I'll let it pass..
Health is #1, yes. But losing the division after pretty much having it locked up for a while would be a massive end of season failure and would not bode well at all going into the playoffs. I don't care about the matchups but that type of bad momentum can't be carried into the playoffs. We've slipped a bit lately but have 9 more games to make up for that. We've already lost any realistic shot at 1 seed in the East or the Presidents Trophy, but we are in position to win the division and to let that slip would be terrible. There's no must-wins at this point IMO. Every opponent in the East is strong this year, so it won't truly matter who matches up with who, at least to me. I want all of our men and Kotkaniemi healthy before the big push.
already seen the replay angles in that thread, at no point does it look knee on knee. Foot on foot all the way and 1000% a tripping, but otherwise? nah.To be fair, the Anaheim broadcast showed a much better view of the trip, and it certainly looked like Svech went knee-on-knee.
I’ve learned that one the hard way.never trust a fart, just sayin
Domi-KK-Stepan in the playoffs is going to give other teams bottom lines fits, pity the other two on that line are out.Domi is a really good passer too bad no one is on the end equipped to score..

:12-:16 looks like not knee to me.. But it's still a 2m Penalty.. just like Getzlaf's slashes..
Less Ded then yesterday..What's the latest on KK?
He was on the ice in a non-contact jersey this week at practice IIRC. Probably another week give or take I'd guess. What's the latest on KK?
