I don't think we are a playoff team unless our goalies start to steal some games for us, like Miller. Most Playoff teams have that. Not just not losing a game for us isn't going to cut it.

If GMRF is not willing to trade anyone at this moment yet, can he scratch at least few of them and call up someone from Checkers? They are doing fine, and they will fight for every puck just to stay on roster. Players like Ryan and Rask think their playing time is given and they choose to not fight sometimes.

I didn't even think it was *possible* for a guy that big to have less than a .900 save percentage, but here we f***ing are. Beaten by 75-year-old Ryan Miller in his first game back from the Old Folks Home.

Small sample size, though! Only an eighth of the season. Maybe everything will magically get better!

I don't care how bad Skinner is 3-0n-3, until anyone else shows they can put the puck in the net, he simply has to be out there. We had 10 legit chances but between Lindholm, Aho, Staal, and motherbleeping Rask, nobody could bury anything.

This looks like the same bland, streaky team with the same issues as years past. I feel as if we're no closer to being a playoff team than if JR was still here. We've been missing obvious big holes, and our management hasn't done what it takes to fill these holes. I'm not completely ready to give up because we've had a weird schedule, and I feel we have a favorable November schedule, but I'm not too optimistic going forward.

Where do you find your optimism? I have 8 years of same old shit, and I don`t think that something will change.

Look at Arizona, they suck, but they suck hard to get better players from draft, we will pick at #12 again, just because we fell short of them playoffs once again
