Most of HF and the mainboard actually say that 3rd looks good, when was the last time you heard that for our jersey's?

I'm not sure I understand their hatred for the COL logo. I can't tell if I've lost all sense of taste or if people just generally dislike more minimalist designs.

Then again, some people think the current Sens logo is far superior to their 90's 2D variant.

this offseason people are surprisingly nice towards Ducks.
I'm still waiting for someone to jump out and say it's all trolling
but respect and acknowledgement this team gets is something new haha

and feelings towards new 3rd are just as surprising. especially since I'm not sure about it myself yet

Which is ridiculous, IMO. The old Sens scheme was great. It was the best thing about them.

Late 90's Sens jerseys [home/away] are just unbeatable in my eyes. It's an iconic logo, that belongs in any top 5/10 list, on a jersey with a simple, cohesive scheme.

I'd say the reaction is split at best. There's plenty of Duck hate in that thread including negativity from the usual suspects.

Does anyone know if the stadium series jerseys can still be purchased? Or is that a done deal. This orange jersey talk is making me wish I had one now.

The Ducks don't sell them, that's for sure. There may be a few retailers that still carry them.

edit: hockey jersey specific retailers, that is.

The Ducks only sold them to people that snail mailed in orders, which happened to have been received from 2:07-2:43 A.M. on the Tuesday leading up to the game.

Use eBay.

Thank you all for the feedback.

And, thank you for the offer on the jersey, but M is a touch small for me.

Definitely a nice jersey. Would look much better if they simplified the striping on the sleeves.

That looks great. The Disney era logo deserves to be the primary. It's a great logo in so many ways.

The all orange look is (would be?) a huge nod to Philly. Ducks are savoring the reputation of the new Broad St Bullies, or everyone's favorite team to hate. :D

Why else did we add Bieksa and Stewart while claiming McGrattan for the Gulls and call-ups?

Now we just need to make a trade for Big Buff and we'll dominate the penalty box. :sarcasm:

they stole our goal song. And why do they have an orange color anyway? Do they have some connection to it to show for it?

You mean like using our old logo with the new colors?

TBH, it is somewhat tacky, but it's not as tacky as re-coloring everything. If you take an old uniform template and just re-color it, it'll look like a fashion jersey. I wouldn't want to see Vancouver wear blue and green V jerseys, nor do I like how the Seattle Mariners took their current home uniforms, re-colored them using the old blue and yellow color scheme, and packaged it as an alternate jersey. Sure the third uses the old sock striping pattern, but it's still an original jersey design, not some b**tard love child of a color scheme from one era and a uniform template from another.
