Most GM's are "mixed bags." Totally. That's basically my point, and I didn't think it was particularly daring.You can likely do the same exercise for every GM in the league that's been around for at least a few years and get almost the same result.
Other GM's have been better at showing a direction for their teams. That's an area where I think Drury is different from the pack. Now he has a chance (whether we like it or not) to put his stamp on this team after arguably spinning his wheels for a few years.
If he shows faith in the pipeline and empowers the youth, then I'll be pretty happy overall.
