It is EASY to trade picks in a deep deep deep draft .. left team in a HUGE hole .. pretty much did nothing here except overpay on 4 forwards which hurt team on CAP and still does

He left the best pieces the Leafs have had the past 20 years, but I think we know those pieces are overrated once the 16 win season begins.

I admit it isn't a likeable team but their failures are greater.
