NHL Draft lottery III - Bruins locked into 5th before ping pong balls.

Just in from Game 2 Huskies vs Wildcats, a 2-1 Wildcats win. Loke played a fairly sound defensive game, did not really notice him much, which is a good thing for a Dman. Desnoyers not on the score board this game, he did set up a couple nice passes that teammates did not score on, he was also good on the defensive side of things. Zonnon had the lone goal for the Huskies and seemed like a threat all night, this guy should be ranked higher than he is.
Thanks for your updates . Much appreciated

what if we get the one and the team with 2 wants the Young D Man what deal can the bruins get
In that spot it’s an interesting call right? Misa is a bigger need but everyone seems to think Schaefer is the higher impact prospect.

good problem to have

I have no idea how that works.

Sounds like a Dom question.
1st rounders can sign any time. They have an out clause off their SHL contracts.

Under the newest agreement, players drafted in round 2 or later can not come to the AHL until they are 24 unless the team pays a hefty price in the neighborhood of what their ELC is to get them over. It's basically NHL or SHL for them.
