Not sure if Martin is playing through injury or just worn down after long season, but he doesn’t have the jump he usually has. The hands and brain are there, but he isn’t getting separation. Gonna be a big summer for him.
Completely invisible the last 2 games. You are 100% right this guy needs to need to have a big summer, get rest/healthy/whatever, and prove he is worth the 5OA with a strong season in Milwaukee when the puck drops again. Not sure if Martin is playing through injury or just worn down after long season, but he doesn’t have the jump he usually has. I’ve tried to tune in when I can, so by no means am I an expert, but I am really hoping the injury really altered Martin’s D+1 season.Completely invisible the last 2 games. These guys are professional athletes before the payday. Of course they care.Do the players really care about the playoff? Many of them looked quite uninterested, except perhaps for the last five minutes… I understand that they are not paid anything extra for the additional games?

BTW... how is the Milwaukee lineup looking for next season? I'm thinking Brady Martin probably plays for the Ads? Or at least one of him or Pinchuk, but not both, in the off chance Pinchuk can't cut it in the NHL?
I guess I'll also default Kemell back for his final season with the Ads? I'm just thinking there are sooooo many young players in the default Preds lineup as of now, I'm not sure they can justify keeping Kemell up too? But him or even Fink could still stick with the Preds.
Generally speaking, there are an adequate number of bodies around at forward already. Although some more veteran star power would definitely help... not sure how much Carr has left in the tank, another bigger name AHL vet up front would help.
Daniel Carr* - Jake Lucchini - Joakim Kemell
Felix Nilsson - Brady Martin / Vitali Pinchuk - Aiden Fink
Oasiz Wiesblatt* - David Edstrom - Cole O'Hara
Kalan Lind - Kyle Marino* - Joey Willis
Hiroki Gojsic
Austin Roest
Ben Strinden*
Defense definitely needs a couple more bodies. Assuming Ufko sticks with the Preds, it would be ideal to be able to bring Oesterle back, because this team needs some of that production from the back end?
Tanner Molendyk - Andrew Gibson
Viggo Gustafsson - Kevin Gravel*
Daniel Nieminen - ???
???
With Chrona gone, Haider and Semptimphelter seem ready to compete for the backup job.
Matthew Murray
Ethan Haider*
T.J. Semptimphelter*
(* = AHL contract)
