The only time any on ice altercation has pissed me off is when Burrows did the cocaine reference to Richards. First you have a POS player on a POS team that can't take a hit like a man and then acts like a ***** after the hit occurs. Then he acts like a tough guy going up to Richards to start something and ends up flopping around like a fish out of water. Finally he does the cocaine joke.

The Kings had the last laugh though. Not only did they win the Cup that year, they also sent Vancouver into mediocrity.

You're all ****ing soft if you had a problem with what Doughty said. Go watch soccer.

Jesus, this thread is coming from a fan base that had to deal with Sean Avery on their team.

You're lucky you didn't get too hear all the **** he said both on the ice and off the ice.

Doughty is no saint, but trash talking is part of the sport, and if you're offended by it or are just now getting introduced to it, then clearly you've never played it.

Time to take a step out beyond your bubble of internet forums, 9-5's, and rush hour traffic - it's a great big world out there.
