Picks and prospects if nothing else. What of value can Edmonton give up for him?

Well I’m not suggesting Korpi needs to be your number one nor am I suggesting “be better now” should be a priority for the Bruins.Doesnt help Boston now and you go with Korpi as the main goalie. Bad deal
Yeah I mean that’s pretty lame.I don’t care at all about helping next years team.

This roster isn’t close to being a real contender. I don’t care at all about helping next years team.

Last time we traded a goalie to Edmonton he won a cup. Snd to make it worse they beat the bruinsWell if you make a deal with Edmonton Skinner is your new #1 goalie.
sadly in the bad columnLooks like more B's logos than any other team.
Ever see the film "Grapes of Wrath", based on the Steinbeck novel? It depicts the plight of impoverished farmers in the Dust Bowl era.
In 1848, Soviet leaders brought the film to their country to prove to their people that capitalism was a failure. They stopped showing it when, instead, audiences were amazed that even America's poorest people could afford cars.
That's what this graphic is doing for me: helping me be thankful I'm not a fan of the many teams whose logos are missing.
And that is fine. I am not the "trip is better than destination" people. I look at it like a weekend golf tournament kind of. Always high up the leaderboard Thurs-Sat, but when Sunday comes, they aren't the ones at the top. Sure you could make a good living that way, but are you doing it to make a good living or to win?Ever see the film "Grapes of Wrath", based on the Steinbeck novel? Basically comes down to the Bruins are Lucy and I am Charlie Brown.
Can't have thank you Boston chants in Edmonton next summer.Last time we traded a goalie to Edmonton he won a cup. Snd to make it worse they beat the bruins
Bruins never has the pieces here to win with him .I am happy the Bruins are thinking about their future.I said this before and say it again, there is a big difference upping your game for a playoff run at 37 on a stacked team then there is in playing out a new contract on a team like Boston at this very moment He was on 3rd line with Florida getting more favorable matchups and only playing 14 minutes. What the Bruins wanted he would never live up to in my opinion .I am Happy for him though. There's part of me that's happy for Marchand but mostly I'm sickened by this. Wish we never traded him and he stayed a Bruin for life which is also what he wanted. It also makes the Bruins look foolish.
