I love that the second Kreider goal, he didn't even shoot it. The puck hit his stick with such force, all he had to do was hold on and it just f***ing shot itself in. In slow motion, and he just kind of watched in amazement.

Oh yeah, but this team is terrible.

Christ and now Buccigross in the postgame the FIRST thing he says is that the Rangers are bad against playoff teams and then reads out an incorrect record for good measure, he said they’re now 9-12-1 but they were 9-11-1 going into tonight so they’re actually 10-11-1. That’s a third of their wins on the season. Is that really that bad?

7-2 vs top 4 teams in the Atlantic too.

10-4 vs playoff teams with Shesterkin in net.

Wouldn’t want the facts to get in the way of the narrative though.

This game was about individual battles and we battled. Even in the first I think they took on some individual battles but lost them. The second period they started to gain confidence. A really enjoyable game to watch. Go Rangers.
