Igor looked great tonight. Hopefully this is him snapping back into his rhythm.

Fox was fantastic again. I really don’t understand when people complain about him here and there. He is by far the best and most important skater on this team. Especially when Trouba is struggling.

Vesey has looked solid. Goodrow with a few good games now, I think he’s back to being a solid contributor. Good for Carpenter to get his first.

I said it in the GDT but Hajek has looked very solid. Him being a solid 3LD would be a huge boost for this team. Plus him actually becoming a full time regular would be hilarious considering the discourse around him the last few years.

We got to the slow start and Igor was there but we were comfortably the better team the rest of the way. That’s what we need from him. He’s definitely better when he sees more work.

Chytil up to 8 points in 11 games. Pretty pretty pretty good.

Gallant is safe for a few more games with this win

Even with the shorter hair Igor still rocks the head band gotta respect the commitment to acessories
It'll only be a few years before he's "coach" material and no longer needs the headband.

I don’t hear the Gallant haters after this game. Let’s be honest, if Halak started tonight they probably get blown out. Igor stood on his head until the Rangers finally found some energy. I think Gallant definitely knew 3 games in 4 nights he wanted his best in net to try to get a win. He also won’t get credit for shortening the bench to basically 3 lines either.

The Good - Goodrow’s goal to relieve the pressure

The Bad - Shesty not getting a deserved SO

The Ugly - first period was wank

Fatigue or not, the Yotes were also playing back to back and third in four nights. First period was delzaster.
