Does Mitch seem different since coming back from the 4 Nations?

Given Mitch said he had a feeling something might happen.... Im of the opinion, the Leafs have reached out to Marner in the past about a trade list or have asked them about willingness to talk to other teams during the season. Maybe even gave teams permission to try their best with Ferris.

Colorado did the same with Rantanen..however, Rantanen didn't have a nmc, so despite Rantanen politely telling Carolina, no, i'd like to work something out with Colorado, Carolina went ahead anyways.

Still pretty much running away with it as the team scoring leader.

Yep... Marner switching between Matthews and Tavares with Knies, while Nylander switched between Tavares and Domi and Holmberg... is a very fair comparison lol.

Remember that Tulsky indicated that research shows that the biggest effect on a players play is who his linemates are.

I don't understand all the pandering to this guy.

It's pathetic and nauseating. For anyone expecting my kids to admire him it's not gonna happen. My oldest son doesn't even like hockey so he could care less.

My youngest one can't stand Marner.

The guerilla negotiation tactics used by his camp haven't gone unnoticed. Even the casual observer knows something about the story. Joe Weekender tunes in for his Saturday evening special and gets to hear all about how much Mitch wants to play for the Leafs the rest of his career.

All they have to do is pay him a QUARTER BILLION dollars.

Let that number sink in for a minute. By the time this greedy unaccountable prick finishes playing he'll have more money than all of us combined will ever sniff. Yet for some reason there are actually people cheering him on to squeeze the team for every last cent he can get even if it's to the detrement of the roster.

It's like the player is more important than the team.

Remember the two games marner did nothing with domi and Holmberg before they broke up the second line with patches when it was cliccin the first time to get marner going…….seems like everyone’s forgot about it

All I'm saying here is that these players aren't the heroes to be idolized that ML$Epr hopes, and the players think, they are.

Unless you're referring to the part about my oldest kid not liking hockey... in which case he's a troubled young man who clearly has issues.
