**** the Cubs.

Damn, great move by the Timberwolves.

Even President Obama is a Cubs hater, to the point he's subject of this politically-charged joke, "If the Cubs won the World Series, Obama would declare Martial Law!"

Also, Kevin Martin should be traded for Tristan Thompson, while they're at it. After all, Martin is from Zanesville, OH.:naughty:

This is not a Houston specific problem, people don't like Kobe Bryant and Derek Rose either, probably for good reason.

The thing about NBA basketball is it's an individual game within a team game. Which makes it significantly different than the other three major sports where you simply can't win without depth.

Guys like Lebron are really drastically underpaid based on not only on court value but marketability.

The only difference is that Kobe Bryant earned rings.

Specifically about the NBA, "Heroball" plagues the league. Remember Jerry West? That's my impression of his pre-1972 NBA career.

LeBron sacrificed $$$$ for rings at this point of his NBA career.

The Angels' Garrett Richards has a no-hit bid going against the Red Sox through six.*

*No, I don't believe my post makes a difference whether he completes the no-hit bid or not. This is a pre-emptive strike for all you numbskulls who believe in jinxes and hexes.

What an ass kisser.

“My No. 1 goal is to win a championship here; it’d be the greatest achievement in my life,” James said. “I don’t plan on going nowhere. I don’t have the energy to do it again.”

Geez, did I **** it up for him or what?
