Do the Florida Panthers have what it takes to repeat next year?

Their best players, with the exception of Bob, are still young, so i'd say ya, they have a good chance. The other thing working in their favor is that some of their competition is definitely getting older, not better, in TBL, BOS, WAS, PIT, NYR. I think it will be an upcoming team that might give them trouble like NJD, maybe?

lost montour to seattle...also losing ekman-larsson to the leafs....

i think its gonna be hard for them to repeat next year...
It's hard for every team to repeat and Florida doesn't look like the exception to the rule here.

Three straight Finals in this era seems unlikely

EDIT: Actually Tampa did it, but two of those were rona shortened so there's probably a difference

The covid seasons had their own unique challenges which would should offset the advantages that would come with a shorter season at least to a certain extent.

Also, wasn't there short turnaround between the seasons in 2021? The cup got handed out on July 7, and the regular started in October.

It would be a lot better to ask "what teams are better than the Panthers"?

That should help answer your question more than anything else.
