Netherlands are clear favourite but Serbia could surprise. After all they beat them two years ago in D1B 3:2(so). It should be fun game.

Yeah chance to get biggest promotion surprise. Armenia and Ukraine teased with it but end up short.

Netherlands is holding the puck, but not that lopsided game that I was expecting.

You don't really "get" a shot at this level; you need to look for one. If he is ready to take a try-out in the league that would pay him food money if he makes it, he can, by all means. Like Italy2 or a backup for the AlpsHL team like some of his NT mates. But it takes an adventurous soul to do that.
