Mateiko showing Lenny-like competitive intensity and comfort in big moments.

Meanwhile, shot of Hockey Canada brain trust that passed over Cristall

~21 minutes for Mateiko last night. Wild how generic that Canada roster is up front. McKenna pretty easily their best player.

Agreed other than McK seemed like there was lack of true offensive talent. I wonder if Team Canada gets caught up leaving offensive talent behind in order to have like grinder lines and the players that fit that.

Sikora is interesting he's seems kinda like a glue guy. Good skill/speed but not elite.
Yeah, he projects as a bottom six puck hound who forechecks really hard and finishes his checks well. His strongest asset is his compete level.

Hensler hasn't looked very good. He refuses to use Hutson in the O-zone as an outlet and continues to turn it over trying to make an offensive play... and the one time he does try to pass to Hutson he turns it over into a 2 on 0 for Latvia.

Lenny turning up the physicality after the break. One big hit, a couple scrums already just a few minutes into the 2nd.
