Canada definitely doesn't have that 2014 backend however the forward group is extremely scary.
Crosby on the 3rd or 4th line? That's a deep team.
Also other countries could win like Sweden or Russia.
I think USA has a way better team then 2014 and definitely had a chance at gold.

Not so sure there is major concerns about this amongst the euro players aswell so the ioc might be forced to cancel the tournament altogether.I mean.....there's still going to be hockey played during the Olympics, even if the NHL doesn't bother going.

Canada doesn't have the same defense but Mcdavid and Crosby as your vet. Your probably not being that.

Hard to say. I think their defense would have been better than Canada (especially the left side) and maybe their goaltending. Canada does have far and away a better and more deep group of forwards. It would have been fun.

Always the same song. Fun fact is Finland has medalled more than Sweden, Russia, Czechs and USA since the 80`s. USA has 2 medals - Finland 6. Add to that, this year we would have the best offense weve ever had. In tournaments, Finlands result is always better than its parts. We always overachive. Now we have 5 2-way C:s on the team. Our defense suck behind Heiskanen,Lindell and Hakanpää, but our 200ft forwards make up for it some. On PP1 we have Barkov, Rantanen, Aho, Laine and Heiskanen.
