Mascots are dumb. They're for minor league baseball, to take pictures with your kids. Or college football. Not a fan. Don't want one, never will.

At old Garden, there was a fan guy w a metallic gold jacket, and a trombone who would Rev up the crowd ( I was a kid then. Those details may not be 100%)

If it's Dancin' Larry, he'd better be getting paid well. I remember when the Garden would chant a certain different adjective at him until about 2011.

Speaking of Larry, my memories, from when it began(pre-Cup early '90's maybe/i guess), was a different guy who would dance up there, too, I remember him first, then Larry behind him maybe? - solid built guy w light hair, glasses maybe, camo pants

That was George. He did the dance first, then Larry asked to join in and took it over eventually.
My dad had seasons in the old 407 for years, i grew up around those dudes.
