Marino and Siegenthaler were the perfect acquisitions. They’ll make easing Luke and Nemec in so much smoother.

Fitz made huge job in defensive building. Huge-huge work. I can not to not love this guy. Even with Stillman pick. I always hate what Shero did with defensive line. Always prefer to build strong mobile defense and prefer to draft defensemen when you have to young players with "similiar upside".

I figure they will be split up for the most part, need the solid d first vets to shepherd the young offensive guys coming up.

If Vanecek plays well then there's no need to randomly go back to Blackwood on Sunday.

We're not obligated to give guys a start once or a week or twice a week or whatever.

This isn't even a back to back.

We need to phase Blackwood out of the net. And that doesn't mean sent him to the A, but it means if he isn't the backup we have next to no shot.

If he's the backup, we might have a shot at something and staying above water.

Blackwood is no-count. Too early to say if Vanecek is any count or not.
