Don't think it will ultimately matter but collectively the Rangers need to be able to respond without Reaves. Geertsen isnt scaring anyone, he capitulated to Ryan Strome of all people in last years pre-season.

Next year imo goodrow and reaves wont be here. Trouba/schneider can chuck em if need be. My guess is cuylle cracks the lineup and then maybe you carry a 13th type of goon like a matt rempe type, who knows
