Absolutely. He's a big reason they had such a huge start. He was playing lights out for a stretch. Wonder if he's gassed or hiding an injury or just suffering from a bit of a bad stretch that goalies sometimes get into a bit of a mental funk.

I don't think a few teams make the playoffs in a few year. Ottawa looks ready to fall out if there were enough games left to fall out. Toronto is not very good either. Getting out shot every night like that balances out over 82 games.

They finished last place last year. I'm not sure if they wouldn't make the playoffs, but they'd finish down in 7th or 8th. And I'd say the Isles, and maybe Ottawa in their current state wouldn't make it at all.
