Despite paying for multiple services the NHL will not allow me to watch my favorite team play because they are playing close to where I live.

Boston has 71 more points than I would like. Let's, at least, keep it at 71, but maybe try and find a way to beat them so bad that points get taken away.

The Bruins seemingly do not like to pay guys with a smile and happy handshake. Neely had that moment where he got pissy with the Swayman contract before it was signed.

Also I believe the impetus for Marchand leaving the Bruins was because the boys' club management lowballed him for another contract.

i have big faith in the boys tonight. i will say i was very skeptical of their heart and willingness to battle after the jack injury/winnipeg game at the deadline.

the double beating of the Blue Jackets and the rangers game saturday showed this is one of the most resilient teams we’ve had in years. They know the talent isn’t exactly there, but everyone is stepping up. Nico, Jesper, Marky, even Timo who i genuinely thought was cooked.

they have given us no other reason to believe that whenever they need to, they can get the job done. they needed 4 points against CBJ. they Needed to bury the Rangers. They needed 2/3 wins on that Jets/Wild/Wild run.

With the playoff clinch in their hands, i can only think they will pull it out and get 2 points (or at least one) and i will be so proud of them when they do it. They really deserve the playoffs this year, even if it’s a short run.

Really hoping the Devils can sweep this home stand against some weaker teams.

Would be huge for the vibes and confidence if we can go in the playoffs having just rattled off 5 or 6 wins in a row.

I still think to beat Carolina we need some heaters by guys in our middle six. Really hope that someone like Tatar or Haula or Mercer or Glass heats up over the next few games.

I would swap Glass with Dowling. Glass should be the third-line center. Unless he's still nursing his injury.

Except that 3d line - Tatar, Palat and Dowling - is playing exceptionally well. Really the only established forecheck cycle we’ve seen in months. Great chemistry and all on the same page. So leave it alone.
