Mercer is one of the few guys on this team that does the little things. You need selfless guys, especially come playoff time.

And the reason this team prob won't get out of the 1st round this year is because they don't have more players like him.

Can't trade him. Meier would have to be signed LT and at $8 or less. Never gonna happen.

And if we don’t trade Mercer for Meier, don’t get Meier, and then don’t win multiple Cups, not trading Mercer for him was the cause of that?

Yeah you're right that my Meier speculation is garbage, but I'm despite loving Mercer I'm surprised people know he's going to be as good or better.
