Cirelli is one of the best defensive forwards in the league. He is not a depth player.
Yes he is. If that's what Wright becomes, I'll be disappointed.

Yes , that was my exact thought the second the game ended. This is going to be an epic off-season . For us and I think there is going to be a lot of movememt and big name players moving around lOffseason finally begins for real
Yes, players’ value don’t fluctuate so wildly that “selling low” versus doing whatever keeping him does means as much as letting teams have him on his ELC.After this year it's more challeging to move him because he's an RFA - with no arb rates he'll still be a bargain, but of course if he doesn't improve massively on this season, he won't be much of one regardless. The time to move him is now, while there's an ELC year left.
That's when they're planning on announcing Ruff's extension.Season's done folks, let's get wild. I better see a trade before Tuesday.
That's one way to set yourself up to be let down lolSeason's done folks, let's get wild. I better see a trade before Tuesday.
17 years, 102 million. Just erase Kovy's name and write in Lindy Ruff. That's when they're planning on announcing Ruff's extension.
Yeah I don't get it.Elias not being in the HoF is still bullshit to me.
I missed the first half of their careers, but I question if - over the course of their entire careers, not peak point seasons - guys like Recchi, Andreychuk and Ciccarrelli were truly better than him.
You don't know that. If this season was just a sophomore slump and he continues where he left in his rookie season, his value is gonna multiple by a lot. Everyone is so impatient in these forums. Smith has only had one bad season in his whole career and now you know for sure that that is who he's gonna be from now on.
I rather hold on to prospects and see them fail, than trade them for nothing and see them flourish on another team.
Uhm no? Usually depth players don’t average 18 minutes a game. All I’m saying is if we draft Wright he will get his minutes and opportunitiesso you think wright is gunna be a career 40 point player? oof...I don't think you understand what I'm trying to say here. Cirelli is a depth player, idk why you're even talking about him.
