It also means Matt is back with Chico. His replacements have sucked
I think Erika is good and the best female on air personalities we've had as far as her role. Better than Deb imo. The highest hockey IQ female on air personality is and always weill be Sherry Ross. She was jobbed by this organization and can run circles around most of the guys hockey knowledge.

We have at least 2 more points than every team in the very hard West lol, and with games in hand on most of the teams atop that conference. Dallas has the most points at 66 in 51 games.

Not sure what that weird proclamation was all about last night…..

Lower point totals for western teams because they’re all “beating each other up“ or something.

We absolutely need to be better after the break.

This month was all about Vitek Vanecek

And Jack Hughes, but that goes unsaid.

We’ve also had some timely OT goals and last minute game tying goals.

Need to be better after the break.

8-0-0 when Vanecek played, 1-2-2 when he didn’t play.

Vanecek’s last loss was 2-1 to Boston. He’s been on fire since being pulled in Raleigh before Christmas.

Why are my posts double positing? It's like Hughes points every night.

Just watched the highlights on YouTube and I'll say this.

The Dallas pbp and color guys are solid.

There's also apparently a lot of NJ transplants in Texas because that place was loud when Jack scored.

dano went on early in the broadcast about how respectful and great all the dallas fans were when talking with him

come to think of it, .....i think this is one of the few teams in the league i've never shit on. huh, there's something i guess

Truth to power.

I've been singing Sherry's praises for years around these parts.

I hope ownership comes to their senses and gives her a role eventually.

She bleeds Devils Hockey.

She was doing analytics before it was a thing. I bought a player profile book waaaay back in like mid 90s and it had a 1 page summary on all the top 6 players for every team. Broke them down by characteristics, shot preferences, shot location charts, etc. Guess who I finally notice was the author after listening to the WABC radio calls at night before satellite TV saved my ass - Sherry Ross. *MIND BLOWN* No wonder she always could talk to the opposing players and their traits and habits so well. She literally wrote the book on them! She broke down the mechanics of their systems and styles to the point she should have been employed to be a consultant or video coach to the team to prep them for the opponents.

Just dirty how they did her in the end. Credit to her though - she took a year or so off from commenting on the organization but couldn't stay away and cheers the team on Twitter to this day.
