Not as wincing as he was beforeNico is still hurting pretty bad based of the nhl network camera on him on the bench
Just hold him out. It’s not worth it to push it.An intermission with some ice and time will do good for Nico.
It's a 5 minute major based on the rules, since a 2 minute cross checking penalty that injures someone is upgraded. NHL does not give a f*** about player safety though. So, if it's okay to demand a review after a goal being scored, why can't a team throw a coaches challenge after a play like Watson's crosscheck on Hischier? That was away from the play, not even close. It was both interference and cross-checking. And it was clearly intended to injure. Why not let the coaches challenge on that?
It would make a hell of a lot more sense than challenging offsides. And it would help protect players.
In the meantime, yeah, I want to see Pinho or Sanderson down on the ice in pain.
Regular it seems.is Nico playing regular shifts again or did he just test out the one?
I think he'll be fine.Honestly, just let Nico sit the rest of the game. No sense in having him push through anything and risk further injury.
When the Habs were winning they played on a hardened poutine surface. It's gotten slipperier every year.Is the entire leagues ice trash?
One jackass. What can you do?One post said Nico appears hurt, good news for us. that was it
