Having Tage and Cozens as top two centers will again be a failure ... especially when they're both making real money. They're NOT good enough.

In all sincerity, it may take some time to shift systems and some of Ruffs former assistants are still on the Devils. They knew what to expect.

Still 2 periods of hockey and if we can get that 2023 Sabres back where they were never out and finished 3rd in the league in scoring, there will still be a chance but if we have last year's Sabres. We might as well pack it up.
