there are days I wish we had Zetterlund / Sharongovich over Meier. Big problem at the time was Ruffs lack of trust in Yegor.

Not sure if I would go that far. Zetterlund would be a friggin perfect fit. Shara I don't care for as much in a vacuum, but knowing how things turned out with Toffoli...total waste to have let him go.

I dont want Keefe lowering his offense in thr name of defense; but he didnt to that in Toronto so its probably nothing to worry about

It's a little exaggerated, but that OT goal Jack had is how he used to play. Constantly cheating for offense. He's not doing that anymore from what I can see, so he's still adjusting imo

I don't think there's any need to worry about preventing him from playing offensively. It's more so not doing it at the expense of defense

Meier's been great today (outside of being a dumbass that one time with the penalty). I honestly don't care much at all about not having Yegor. He needs to be catered to and be in a very specific role to have success. Zetterlund f***ing hurts. You can put him anywhere and he thrives. Still wish it was Yegor in the Timo deal instead of Zetterlund.

I think the Sharangovich/Toffoli trade is one Fitz would want back in hindsight for sure. Hope we can get a good sniper somehow someway for Hughes and Bratt. Crossing my fingers Gritsyuk can be that guy long term
