There’s nothing wrong with having a rational evaluation of the team’s performance.

The people who get annoyed about an honest, level headed discourse after a win are the same ones acting like the sky is falling when we lose to the Blues and Sharks.

You can acknowledge and evaluate the good and bad of each performance regardless of the end result. It doesn’t mean anyone is unhappy or negative.

I really got told in the OoT thread not to say NYR sucks. I hope you guys realized today how garbage they are, they're f***ing finished. They'll be lucky to be a bubble team.

It was just the Shesterkin who sees Jack Hughes that showed up.

I believe Hughes has more goals on Shesterkin than any other player now.

He does, he passed Reinhart tonight. It's either 8 or 9 goals. No single player has scored more on Igor in the regular season

I think on our best day, we destroy the Caps but this team just does not show up for the Caps. They're not the Canes or the Rangers level of anger so they just sleep walk and get boat raced. We need a playoff series with them to gain that animosity towards them I feel like.

I've said it multiple times also, this is the biggest "what if" in the last 20-25 years in the NHL. NYR gets him and they probably win the Cup in 2022 or 2024, maybe even BOTH, but we have an elite top 5 center. Hockey gods came through for the Schneider years.

I think the final score is a bit misleading. We deserved to win, but maybe by one or two goals and not by four. Marky was awesome and made some great saves while Shesterkin gave up two or three really bad ones there. Flip the goalies and the end result might be quite a bit different.

All that said, I really hope the Rangers sign Shesterkin to the long and expensive contract he thinks he deserves. I am sure Jack would love that too.

No, it happens to me too, I have to x out the ads overlays on the bottom (on mobile device) and then they load eventually. Annoying.
