First line has to be get their heads out of their asses and put on a masterclass. Ditto woll

During the three game losing streak, only Matty with 2 and Willy and Robertson with one each have scored. Matty, Mitch, and Knies all 'lead' the team with -6.

Patches is slow, but I wouldn't call him 'defensively irresponsible'.

I think there are two different things here.

Based on other things he has said, I think he gives a crap about winning, and specifically about winning here; I don't think he gives a crap about reporters asking panic questions about a three game losing streak.

Willy has 1 goal and a couple of assist and is minus 8 in his last 10 games.
He makes over 11 million and is on pace for 80 points.
Maybe he needs to give just a little more of a crap because it’s not just the last 3 games.

Brad won't get the time. It'll be long after Matthews, Marner, Nylander and Tavares have moved on.

I would expect if they go out first round again upper management should clean house starting with Shanny, Trey and Berube. It will need to be done quickly so the new team can start making wholesale changes to the roster
