I made same observations in the recent playoffs. Leafs goaltending had never been the reason they lost - always needed to pitch a shutout to win, which of course couldn't happen since all the money is spent on the Core Fore with nothing left for quality elsewhere down the lineup. Ergo Leaf goalies wrongly labelled as garbage. Same f*****g thing this year.

And all I am saying is when you let Hughes do that to your goalie minutes into the game, he is not stupid. He knows he now has to be perfect for them to win because this team is not scoring 3 goals. You are putting all the pressure on your damn goalie.
