We’ve had this discussion and I am in the minority but to me the Lughthouse is just two hours of my life I can’t have back. It was visually well done and the actors were excellent in their roles but it just didn’t add up. I saw an interview with the director and I think he mixed up his myths. In any event. There was no Kraken in The Lighthouse and nothing Livecraftian. I am bitter as it had benn sold to me on that basis.
