-is holtz nhl ready? No.
-is bratt really worth 8-9 million? Unsure now.
-will McLeod ever get better? No.

Hits are a pretty unreliable stat in my opinion. They mostly reflect which team doesn't have possession of the puck, so bad teams often rack up a bunch of hits while they chase the puck carrier. Add in wild inconsistencies between rinks for what is considered a hit, and it's hard to draw anything from the stat.

i'm definitely just overreacting, but it really feels like we don't have any alternative strategy other than trying to force entries and then failing to get any good shots off. sure it's been 11 days since the isles game, but my god does it feel like a century

I was always iffy on signing Tatar. Maybe for a year.

I'm gonna no on McLeod getting better and no on Boqvist breaking out. He may break out enough to score for a half a season again, but I don't see him playing in North America too much longer. He'll be non-tendered by us next year probably.

I'd guess benching. He didn't play the first goal very well, and he gave the puck away on the 3rd.

We need Nico and Bratt to play like they were at the start of the season . They were dominant and by far the best players on the ice and generated chances almost every shift.
