Allen has been garbage truck bad his last 3 or 4 games, but Tokarski is AHL certified junk at this point. I can’t think he’s anything better than fourth string caliber anymore.

Probably because he pretty much is their fourth string with their third stringer (Martin) injured.

Actually, I think he’s probably their fifth string, as he was sitting at home eating on his couch eating Doritos for most of the fall.

I wouldn’t be shocked if they came back with Kochetkov tonight to try and keep up with us.

I’m not sure if they just didn’t want him playing in the NHL or what. I don’t know much about him.

He’s already 24, so it’s not like he’s super young, but it looks like it’s only his second year pro.

They have done it at least once before, can't remember if they have since but don't think so and since we tend to lose in Detroit when they switch the uniforms up, also wore the black helmets with the white jerseys there last year and lost maybe they decided to stop messing with it lol

I knew we used them against the Wings , just wasn't 100% sure and didn't wanna look it up that badly. Man I remember watching that game at work , one of Schmid's first starts. He looked like Swiss cheese that year in his call ups (injuries to Benier and Blackwood). Crazy he becomes.a.hero the next season and is now long gone and still stuck in the AHL...

I’d be fine with a split but the Canes are vulnerable as of late. Started red hot but have cooled down substantially this month. Now is the time to pounce. I have a good feeling about tonight.

It will be much tougher in Carolina. The refs all but told Rod that his team can clutch grab interfere hold obstruct and trip without consequences. With the Canes having the matchup advantage it will be ugly. Like 2018 NFC championship game ugly. Buckle up and bring some clean depends. I think they will be needed.
