The power play is a complete and utter coaching failure. They haven't tried anything new, they don't change it up, little to no adjustments are made. It's the definition of insanity.

The last time I remember such a coaching failure here was when they had Greene playing the wrong side on the PK and it kept causing goals against.

Luke should understand that situation is changing and if the partner is under pressure - it limits his chances of making the pass, so Luke should change his position because under pressure his partner can’t give a pass Luke is waiting for.

It was stuck at 23rd for a while, including when Ruff was fired.

Does this mean Chris Taylor is worse at running the power play than Green was before he became head coach? Or is this an indictment on Green now being the new sheriff in town and not just the puppet deputy?

After pre previous game with Dallas they decided to create chances and not scoring for having better chances for Lindstrom or Demidov and train offensive game in the same time. Looks like they did it in half of the season.

Even MacLean's power play has a greater expected goals than we do. f***in pathetic JOKE considering who HE has and who WE have.

Anybody who even sat in on a power play meeting this year needs to be fired as badly as Recchi needed to be in 21-22. We were 32nd in expected 5 on 4 goals that year and I'm pretty sure our conversion rate was also 32nd.

Of course I'm sure it's still safely in the top-20 in conversion rate this year because of the first two months of the season when it was like 40% at one point.
