Maybe if we play like this every night we can lose 1-0 more often.

Offense was abysmal. It was a garbage effort. Team was trapped in our own end for the better part of the night. That’s why the heavy shot disparity. No matter if the chances against were dangerous or not.
Spot on.

The Flames gave up 10 goals in 2 games.

I think some do watch the rest of the league.

what happened in the last 2 games has no bearing on this game

the goalie and D played good enough to win. They had chances to score, and didnt bury them. It happens. There is no need for anyone to go on any sort of rant about this game one way or the other.

If we play like this against Edmonton it’ll probably be 2-0 by the end of the 1st period. And that’s only because McDavid is hurt.

So they’ll give up 5 goals forever?

When the Devils gave up 23 in 4 games did you think they would never win again?

Every game is its own animal.

Just didn't seem to have any mojo with the puck tonight. Couldn't break out through the neutral zone well, couldn't sustain any zone time, PP was uncharacteristically off compared to its recent play. Defensively I thought we played well up until the 2nd goal. Markstrom had a strong game making the saves he needed to. Nothing he could do about either goal.

Unfortunate, but if you take Edmonton on Monday, 2 of 3 on this road trip is always sound.

Calgary didn't play much better than us, we had a few chances to score and they couldn't finish.

They were 5 mins away from OT before Coleman got a lucky bounce but yeah sure didn't deserve to get at least 1.

They played better which is an issue in itself when you compare the rosters, lmao. And that's what they get for not finishing their chances against an NHL team regardless how bad you think Calgary is, you get burned for not doing so. Don't let doghsit teams hang around you and this stuff wouldn't happen.

It's the end of the world after every single f***ing loss. It's so tiring.

I lost my shit after the TB game cause that was a horrible loss during a stretch of shitty hockey. This is their first meh loss after a stretch of a week and a half of very solid hockey. They'll lose games, even bad ones. It happens, even to the best teams in the league, even against lesser teams.

It doesn't need to be this dramatic after every single loss.
