I’m pretty sure Gotham is just a MSG+ re-brand with the same backend. The same problems that plagued MSG+ are on Gotham now. I get it working but it can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to sometimes 15 min to get it working. Mobile has the same issues where it claims I have no account or some internal error, try back later which usually means not going to work that night.I guess the thought is that those people leaving cable will eventually get to the Gotham App where MSG will make more money?
Who is the owner of the Gotham app?
I know we are in a disruption/transition period, and eventually it will smooth over, but watching games should not be getting more difficult.
I also have the ESPN+/Disney+/Hulu package that I would use with my VPN (SurfShark) but now when I turn on the VPN, ESPN gives me an error message and it hasn’t worked once this season. Anyone else having this issue?
