Thought I'd catch a Devil's game after the PDOcast gave them such glowing praise yesterday. Thoroughly impressed.

Smothering team defense. Your smurfs picked Myers' pocket 3 times in the first 5 minutes. Consistent clean breakouts featuring short passes. Seems like every offensive sequence the puck carrier has a quality passing option. That stretch pass by Marino on the 4th goal was sublime. Hischier and Hughes are just an incredibly talented 1-2 punch at center. Their games have matured a ton. Blackwood looks solid.

How are they playing tonight versus other games during their hot streak?

About what you would expect from a 10pm start. Slower and sloppier than usual, but more opportunistic.

I'm not that surprised about the Blink182 tour or My Chemical Romance, as the guys in Blink182 are kind of from the same scene, only like 20 years earlier. I'm not a fan of Blink182, but they kind of sound like Descendents or older NOFX to me and they do listen to good bands, even though I'm not much into their music.

My Chemical Romance I am not one bit into. I always thought they were like Good Charlotte, only they didn't actually wear cool band T-shirts and patches like those guys did.

The Taco Bell commercial and actually being played on the radio is definitely different territory for me. And they've been on Roadrunner for years (so have a lot of bands that don't get radio airplay), but it's still kind of weird.

I saw a video of them hanging out with Post Malone and Dua Lipa, which was weirder than playing with bands like Blink182 or My Chemical Romance. I only even know who those characters are because I had a girlfriend that listened to that type of music. And I hate that ''If you don't wanna see me dancing with somebody'' song because that was huge when we were together and it's literally played at every Devils home game. I can always hear it on the broadcasts in the background.

I don't really know many of Post Malone's songs, but he's a sight (and I totally back face tattoos but he's HARD on the eyes) and he will not do anything to ever make my question my sexuality. I will never understand why he's a sex symbol and I am not. He's HORRIBLE on the eyes.
