I highly doubt it'll be Blackwood. I think there's a better chance it's Vanecek again than Blackwood. I don't think it will be either. It will be the guy that it was a mistake to take out in the first place.

However, hypothetically if it were Blackwood (I'm willing to bet a decent amount it WON'T be), I don't know whether I'd just laugh and get ready for a nice therapy session and verbal punching bag session to take out my anger on the season ending tonight, or if I will just completely eviscerate the decision makers even more, with absolutely no laughing and a complete and total beating of the corpses long after they've dead, just to desecrate the remains.

If it were game 4 and we were down 3 games to 0, I would probably laugh really hard if we played Blackwood. At that point, what odds do we have of coming back? It's happened 4 times in the last 81 years. We're all but officially dead at 3 games to 0.

However, at 3 games to 1 we are not all but officially dead. 3-1 is a totally different scenario and we still have a pulse at 3-1. There's already been a team this year to come back from 3-1 to win the series.

i can’t see Blackwood starting when he hasn’t played for so long plus the last free days of no practise . Can’t throw a guy in a round 2 playoff game when he hadn’t played in like a month and hasn’t stepped into the ice for 3 days .
But then again , Ruff did just start VV in game 4 so who knows what the hell he is thinking .
