I know all the other guys that we got are probably career minor leaguers, but does anyone have any insight on them? Any of them even have a SLIGHT chance at becoming an NHL regular? Zach Emond, the goalie I guess would be the most intriguing considering the goalie situation in the organization.

The guys in the ECHL are just junk contracts but one made Wheeler’s San Jose prospect list (15th out of 15). San Jose was 17th overall.

San Jose was 11th this pre-season in Elite Prospects Pool Rankings. He made that too.

Hatakka has another year on his ELC so I guess he’ll be here. (Unless he wants to go back to Finland and his contract gets terminated.)

Never know, Holtz might still be on the move. But I agree that the top 6 looks pretty full right now, and I'm not sure where he would slot in.
