yep, he can handle the physicality clearly, hes winning FOs, doing amazing on the PK and just does the right things on the ice, hes played better than most of the players on this team this preseason(and last preseason too tbh)

Sorry, what's the downside to giving this kid a 9 game tryout, apart from burning a year. He's mature, he's always on the right side of the puck, he can keep up, he can win draws already, he looks an interesting fit for an obvious team need in the 3 hole. I fail to see the harm, it isn't going to kill his confidence imo.

Cowan has been better... so if it is purely off the pre-season he should make it.
