If the goal is playoffs than that 2nd wildcard spot is wide open and attainable IMO.

Not sure what you're trying to say, but no I know Detroit is not going for a cup this year, but that's another issue I have with your rebuild. Wasting away the prime age of Larkin, Debrincat and even old man Kane waiting for B prospects
Like many others, your argument is incoherent because you’re implying that everything is bad. If you view their core as not being good enough then by definition nothing is being wasted.
If guys doing historic things are classified as "B prospects", why would another high pick solve anything? If the best U24 and U22 d-men in the league, along with the best U23 forward are not a good enough foundation to build around, again, why would one top 4 pick in an okay draft solve anything? Could it be that you just want to criticize the Wings if they're doing badly, and criticize them if they're winning too?

Wings fans. This is a pure troll thread. Any reasonable discussion is long past. So please, let the thread die. There's no need to gloat over a 6 game winning streak. Gloat when we win a cup. A 6 game winning streak is nothing. When we lose again, this thing will come roaring back if it's still on the front page. Let it die before it's too late.

I get where you're coming from, but personally I am a fan of the 6 game winning streak reverse-troll method.

Can you please break it down for me:

The best U20 D in the NHL is
the best U20 F in the NHL is

Then please repeat for U21, U22, U23, U24 and U25.

It's an interesting way of breaking it down at the NHL level. Curious who the 12 are and how many the Wing's have.

Thanks

Raymond is currently the highest scoring (this season) U23. Obviously moving forward guys like Bedard Celebrini Michkov etc will be better

Boston has 5 more points in 4 more games. The wildcard race in the east is wide open.
It's going to be an amazing finish! West is pretty set in stone. East has some legit contenders for those wildcard spots.

He is and he looks like he'll be a 100 point stud for sure. He is keeping amazing company!

I think he's top 4 in this group. Bedard, Michkov and Stutzl are unreal players too. Actually, they are all awesome but those stand out for me today.

I would guess a couple of the teams in the race fall out in the next little bit here, but even if 2 or 3 fall off it still leaves like 5 teams in a dog fight for those 2 spots.

East will likely come down to the wire similar to last year
