My feelings exactly from Detroits point of view.No... God no.
My feelings exactly from Detroits point of view.
Shouldn’t be. Brunicke would be a big add for Detroits right side. He is better then anyone not named ASP in our defense pool, who hasn’t even played on North American iceMy feelings exactly from Detroits point of view.
Detroit has to return more then that just for losing a talent like James alone.Beauvillier

Literally on what planet is a team in Pittsburgh's situation trading one of their top prospects in Brunicke for a rental Kane?
This is downright highway robbery for the Wings. 2 prospects not even in their top-15 (according to Wheeler) and Kane for Brunicke alone is a criminal.
Brunicke nearly made the Penguins out of camp this year, he was their last cut going into the season.
A mid 2nd defensemen making the NHL 4 months after the draft sounds more like shit player development decisions than a testament to his ability...
Sounds like someone who didn't watch Brunicke in training camp whatsoever.
Sounds like somebody watching a bad prospect pool who thinks a guy being one of their better prospects makes him a good overall prospect.
Would love to see an all-time list of all the 18 year old non Top 10 D-Men who stepped in the NHL and didn't get annihilated.
I don't even know what you're blabbing on about at this point. Bruncike was excellent for the Penguins in camp and it has made pretty much every Penguins fan really excited about him.
Zero Penguins fans want to trade Brunicke for a rental Patrick Kane and 2 no-name prospects.
Again, you're welcome to list the dozens of 18 year old Non Top 10 defensemen who have stepped into the NHL and impressed.

Not sure what this has to do with Brunicke being a very good prospect?
The rest of your posts just screams, "I was asleep during pre-season and I don't follow junior hockey"

That part wasn't really meant to suggest he's not a good prospect as much as point out the ignorance of validating he's a good prospect by claiming he nearly made it out of camp. That was pointed out here:
18 year old defensemen get caved in in the NHL, even if they're Top 5 to Top 10 picks. So yes, bringing him up would've been a stupid decision from a development standpoint.
