Ya'll's did. Beat the stars. Cool.

Oh, and during the shootout, Radulov.. aside from being ass ugly, and he plays for the stars, and a few dozen other things one could come up with.. threw some weak-ass shade which is the only kind he can, at Reimer. Who promptly won the game right after. Excellent. Have been but more now a Canes fan. Your coach and fans.. the best.

Yeah, I noticed his greasy ass pointing at Reimer as he was skating back to the bench. That kind of thing falls flat when your captain f***s up the next shot attempt, though.

League wide [although I'm not sure what that means given that all play is intra-divisional]

Cripes... may as well add one more and wear out my presence. Your coach Brind'Amour, top shelf. Player, now coach. Have liked a great deal how his teams come to play from puck drop. It is no secret that the Avs often have to play themselves into a game. Is a crap shoot imnsho that a Bednar coached team will be 110% at the start or 62%. Drives me bonkers. Not so with Brind'Amour... :thumbu:

Huge props to Skjei and Pesce tonight. Dallas had five powerplays. 10 minutes on the man advantage.

Skjei and Pesce each played over 7:30 minutes shorthanded.

Coincidentally, we were 5 for 5 on the penalty kill.
Skjei always seems to forget that he’s a defenseman when he’s driving the net like a power forward, but he remembered tonight, for sure.

While I think some of Skjei's gaffes have been overblown in his time here, man, he's looked comfortable these last few games. I don't know if it's the new pairing or just having more time in the system, but he looks good. I do wonder if they'll go back to the original pairs when Slavin comes back.

It's also kind of nice that Bean has looked pretty good even if he's clearly still growing into the NHL game. Nice to know we at least go 7 deep on the back end with guys we can rely on.

I'll be very excited to get some of the covid guys back on Tuesday (presumably), but it'll be interesting to see how they respond to game action after even more time off and potentially even less activity than the guys that were off 9 days before Tampa. After getting a sweep in these last 3 games, at least the decision to give them plenty of practice time before throwing them back in is looking brilliant.
