Basically, you're saying to do Copy link address instead of Copy image address? If that's the case, this should be an easy fix from here on.

Basically if the address does not end in .gif (or .jpg or whatever), then it will cause problems. Giphy is weird. But generally, yes, copy link and then copy the gif link will work.
