Schenn gets an extra 2 minute minor for "unsportsmanlike conduct" for defending a teammate for a blindside hit which wasn't caught. Great stuff refs, seriously stuff like this makes me in favor of getting rid of on ice officials.

Great, dominating 1st Period by The Blues, after honouring Their Captain, Braydon Schenn, for playing his 1,000th NHL game. Let's score on The Power Play and dominate The rest of the game, too. They were great in The O-Zone, breaking out up ice, on the forecheck, and at winning faceoffs. They played determined to win this game and keep that up towards winning the Wild Card spot.

I really couldn't care less how difficult of a job officiating is in this league, you guys f***ing suck and players get hurt because you're too proud to make the right call and never get punished for it. I'm so tired of NHL refs.
Would be a way for Kyrou's season to end if he has a concussion and the guy who stuck up for him to get a penalty. All while the guy who threw a headshot get's nothing but a fighting penalty and people in Kyrou's own fanbase talks about how much they like Trouba. lol
I can understand things being missed in live play. But there’s zero reason to not be able to look at a replay to make a necessary call like that. It’s just as much a failure of the league as it is for the refs themselves.
