Avoiding the obvious here, but if the team actually managed the puck well and just got it in deep as opposed to trying to make a cross ice pass as they enter the offensive zone, they'd have a ton more cohesion out there. There were a lot of positives tonight compared to recent weeks. Doesn't mean it's not frustrating. It is. Zib actually looked decent tonight too even with his turnover earlier in the game. We missed chances to put the game away and made some costly mistakes, but at least there were parts of the game they can build on. The forecheck was decent here and there.

Miller with a big ass oof there and Panarin following up with an oof of his own.

You want to yell at individual players then go ahead and waste your energy, but the whole team gave up 40 shots in a shooting gallery that Quick had to face. 40. Shots. When does this insanity end. Not only did we give up 40 shots, but we gave up a 3-0 lead and all the team had to do with play defense after going up.

NOPE.

I’m feeling more sad Keanu right now. Need to find a bench.

That loss is on Miller. He had all day to get the puck out and instead turns it over. Then He lets the guy that took the puck from him to make a perfect pass for the tying goal. I am all on board with trading him.
I hear his whole life his goal was to be a game changing player. Well … here we are. Seemingly every game.
