I think he like us wants a match up center at 3C. Goodrow. I think he’s doing a lot for Chytil right now to grow him into a man. But he’s not there yet.

For me it’s Chytil he’d move if he has the choice but I don’t think necessarily that he or Drury don’t think they’d regret it. I think they both see a lot of potential in him.

I don’t think gallant likes Lundkvist at all

You figure they will try to move the pieces that GG don't think are great fits for his style of play moving forward. Obviously it doesn't always work out that way but.....

I still think one of the worst things this team could do is move Chytil for anything that isn't a long-term upgrade. He's been very good since coming back into the lineup, and it isn't a shock that his lines are more effective when he's not playing with trash players like Gauthier and McKegg. We've played some really tight-checking games lately, and he's been very effective using his size/speed to pressure teams in the offensive zone.

Miller would be a 15 month rental. Would probably be the 4 piece package: Young roster player, A-level prospect, first, conditional pick.

If the Rangers do it I'm sure they'll pay extra to get him at 50% so they can punt their cap problems down the road another year and try to go for it between now and Miller walking away.

For some reason the price on Chychrun has increased according to Dreger. It's now multiple 1sts.

the reason is the prices other teams are paying for older players without term. why shouldnt they up their ask when chariot got what he did and a player like hagel lands two 1sts. it is smart by armstrong.

it isnt a buyers market, it is a sellers market. teams want playoff gates and a lot of teams are going for it.
