Nobody is claiming there's "no problems", just that the problems that are still definitely known to be there are mostly 1) not substantial and 2) not unusual given his age and peer group, with one notable exception (his agent).

There was value thread before this and talk of maybe he is on the market in the prospect thread. That Jiricek might be avaliable isn't nee or tird to him being NOW in the ahl.

It's not that he was sent down to the AHL. It's that he played 6 games and only 1 over 14 minutes. Multiple under 10 minutes. And just sat for over 10 games when he should of been in the AHL all along. That's why people and gms have been probably calling. Because it seems cbj

I can't see the Canucks interested in Jiricek. They need a proven RHD, I don't think their window will allow them to develop Jiricek properly.

Would hate to see the Canucks do what they literally always do in giving away multiple assets for one asset but that's been that Orgs MO since inception.

Seeing them give up E. Pettersson or Willander to move sideways getting an almost identical asset with a potentially higher ceiling would be fun to watch though.
