The lack of stability is irrelevant to me since Davis keeps making bad hires. Mackenzie ran six drafts for them so plenty of stability there, he just sucked at his job. Davis was very committed to Gruden hence the 10 year deal but Goodall put an end to that which was a good thing for the Raiders considering they were never going to win anything with Gruden/Mayock. They weren't ever going to win anything with Ziegler/McDaniel's either. Why they were ever hired in the first place is the baffling part. Davis is most definitely an idiot but stability is only necessary if he actually makes a good hire. I doubt Telesco works out either considering he already spent 10 years running the Chargers and didn't even win a playoff game.
Can't achieve stability when you hire bad management. All of that falls on Mark. Whatever process he uses to decide on his hires has not worked at all. Year 14 now since Al passed and Mark took over. 2 PO appearances in their only 2 winning seasons in the past 13 years.

Can't say I'm high on Telesco either. Like you said, Chargers had talent, but didn't achieve anything under his guidance.

Unfortunately, I don't believe some other billionaire can come in and buy out the other partners to obtain a 51% stake in the team and can control of the operations. Probably something in writing that keeps the decision making of the team under the Davis family.

stay away from the jets!! their offensive line is still ass. rodgers could wind up requiring hospitalization within the next 4-5 games.

i don't know if adams going to the redskins is the difference for making a nice playoff run but that offense can wind up to be electrifying to watch. like watching a video game.

Really depends on what Adams mindset is. Is he most concerned about the remainder of this season? If so, then playing with someone he has a rapport with would make for the smoothest transition and allow him to get quickly integrated into the offense.

If he’s thinking overall til the end of his career and considers 2025 & 2026 then he can open up his destinations.

But who knows. Does feel like he should have just asked out after last season.

Raiders have a good opportunity to take advantage of the Jets possible desperation here. The leaks about Adams being willing to play for the bunch of other teams (if true) helps their cause as well. Rodgers is basically running that team and then on top of that you have Douglas and Saleh who might be just as desperate for it as him.

Who really knows which clubs Adams will want to go to. Even without a NTC, teams don't want to deal for someone who will not be happy to be there.

But, the Jets WR do not appear to be on the same page as Rodgers. That is concerning. So giving him his go to guy would help, but that OL is still an issue. With their history, Adams will be up to speed very fast, vs adding another WR would be.

Rodgers has how many years left? This year and 2025? So, they may decide that they have to push their chips in and go for with while they have a QB.

Hit rate of 2nd rounders getting big deals with their drafted team is what? 50% or less over the last 3 drafts where guys were eligible to get new deals? 2019-2021 drafts for example.
